Detailed Report of Incident |
| Mr. Syrmitus tackled an opponent about 20 meters out from his own line. In the act of tackling him, the opponent's feet were lifted from the ground and he fell from about 1 foot when Mr. Syrmitus released him. It is worth noting that the opponent was neither beyond the horizontal when released nor did not fall on his head. Instead, he fell on his side and sustained no injury. The tackle, however, was dangerous and, in the presence of his captain, I showed Mr. Syrmitus a yellow card. |
