Detailed Report of Incident |
|
Newport took a quick tap kick. The scrumhalf took a few steps forward and then attempted to pass the ball. Retreating Providence player, #3 Walter Borden stuck out his hand and blocked the pass, never having retreated the full 10 meters. The team had been warned for not retreating so a yellow card was coming, but the actions of the player won him a yellow card regardless. | |
