Detailed Report of Incident
Yellow Card.

Dartmouth attacking, Dartmouth ball carrier took the ball into contact, Mr Nuimataiwalu lifted the ball carriers legs and inverted him. The player's body passed through the horizontal, with the player landing on his lower back.

The tackle was dangerous, but given that the tackler did not land the ball carrier on his head, and maintained contact through the tackle I deemed this was a yellow card offense not a red card offense.

I had a clear view of the offense, conferred with AR Sam Hoar to confirm what I had seen (he concurred).

Player returned to play in a focused manner and there were not further issues from this player.
