North Shore kicked ahead. Charles River #16, Dan Lewis, chased back towads the ball and his defending half, but stopped short, impeding a North Shore from accessing the ball. He took offense to the inevitble contact and came into an ensuing maul by making contact with the head and neck of his opponent. The whistle was blown immediatey, and he was shown a yellow card for dangerous foul play. There were no further incidents once he cooled off.
