Detailed Report of Incident
At the ruck, after the ball was passed out, 6 (wearing 2 at the time because his jersey had ripped) threw at least 3 punches to the body of a Boston RFC player who had come in for a late and hard counter ruck. After blowing my whistle to stop time, the players separated without any further escalation. I was around 3 meters from the incident, with an unobstructed view.
