Aggressive from both teams, Numerous handling errors from both sides resulting in a large number of scrums. South Burlington in the first half had again, numerous penalties, but evened out in second half. Scores made were mostly breakaways.

Detailed Report of Incident
17 minutes in the first half, the #6 South Burlington (SB) had just incurred her 3rd penalty for hands in the ruck. Previous penalties were off sides and playing the ball with her hands while on the ground. I called the captain over from SB along with the #6 of SB to communicate that her repeated actions would not be tolerated and she was taking away my options, but I never got the chance as the number #6 would not come over after repeated requests, along with her visual annoyance and mutterings of having been requested to be talked to by the referee. At this point, it warranted a yellow card for her behavior and repeated penalties to cool her down. Kudos to SB Captain, who came over and apologized to me during a time stoppage.
