General Pattern of Play
Replacements, whose enthusiasm were not always matched by their skill, were bringing a fresh energy to a contest whose outcome was not in doubt.

Detailed Report of Incident
Shortly after I had warned Mr. Meboung to wrap his arms when making a tackle, he shoulder-charged into a Western Connecticut ball carrier as a tackle assist, dropping his teammate (the tackler) and the ball carrier to the ground and injuring his own shoulder in the process. I stopped play and showed him a yellow card. He indicated that his coaches had been instructing him about this very issue in practice and expressed sincere regret for his transgression.
