Detailed Report of Incident
Inside Albany's 22, Mr. Whitney went low on an Albany ball carrier in close quarters and amidst a fair bit of traffic. He lifted the Albany's player's legs well above horizontal and did not make any effort to reduce the helplessness of the tackled player's situation as he completed the dangerous tackle. I stopped play with a long whistle and issued a yellow card, which both sides seemed to accept as the obvious and fair consequence of Mr. Whitney's moment of indiscipline.
