Detailed Report of Incident
Providence was endeavoring to exit from about their 5m line. The Providence hooker, a fiery and vocal competitor, transferred the ball to a speedier teammate away from the heavy traffic area in order to get the ball out of the danger area. Ms. Williamson, who had delivered several devastating tackles earlier in the game, acquired missile lock on the hooker closing in well after the pass was away. She accepted the subsequent yellow card without protest and the hooker indicated by her words and actions that she was fine despite receiving the big hit.
