Detailed Report of Incident
After a contentious try scored by Saratoga, Mr Palmer was heard by myself to say "I hope he buys you a beer for that one", meaning some form of collusion between myself and either the try scorer or the home side touch judge. Mr Palmer and the North Shore captain were immediately called forward, and the yellow card shown. Mr Palmer admitted he said those words but disputed they were aimed toward myself. I disagreed, and showed the yellow card at 72 minutes, meaning Mr Palmer's afternoon came to a premature conclusion.
