Detailed Report of Incident
Inside Burlington's 22, near the touch line, Burlington tackled a Wolf Hound ball carrier. A ruck formed. Burlington's second row legally counter-rucked driving Wolf Hound players back. The Wolf Hound #9 was looking for the ball. Although I did not see this, I heard after that the Burlington player grabbed #9's jersey pulling him into the ruck. Regardless, what I did see clearly was the Wolf Hound #9 landing two punches to the face of the Burlington player. The Burlington player maintained his discipline and did not retaliate.
