Detailed Report of Incident
With seven minutes to play in the match, the Providence hooker had the ball on the sideline. She was tackled into touch. The Burlington prop tried to take the ball out of the Providence hooker's hands while she was on the ground. The Providence hooker wouldn't release so as the Burlington prop stepped over the Providence hooker on the ground she gave a backward kick with her heel into the Providence hooker's derriere. I whistled play dead and issued the Burlington player a yellow card. No further incidents the rest of the match.
