Close match, penalties were mixed in that some were players trying to get an upper hand in a close match and others were player's not understanding their responsibilities as tackler, tackled player and player arriving at the tackle.

Detailed Report of Incident
Charles River had a line break and no one was between the ball carrier and the try line, Ms Kein tracked the ball carrier and dragged the ball carrier down from above the shoulders. Penalty try was awarded as the try would have been scored if not for the foul play, Ms Kein was given a yellow card as well not so much for the severity of the tackle as there was no contact made on the neck but for preventing of a scoring opportunity
