| After 70 minutes of great rugby and sportsmanship of the game, a physical and mental battle began to come out between the opposing inside centers. After being warned and penalized for dangerous/high tackles and ruck clear outs, Providence College men's inside center, took it further and connected his elbow with the head of the Roger Williams tackler. |

| While being tackled, Mr. Cacciola landed on the ground and proceeded to throw his left elbow at the player tackling him. His elbow made contact with a Roger Williams players head. The Roger Williams tackler was not hurt during the play. |
