Detailed Report of Incident
A Yale forward had broken a tackle which resulted in a long run. As she started to run out of gas inside the 22, the Penn flanker chasing her closed the gap and caught her just short of the goal line. Unfortunately, Ms. Khang tackled the ball carrier by grabbing her collar and pulling down and back. As a try most certainly would have been scored, I immediately awarded a penalty try and showed Ms. Khang a yellow card.
