General Pattern of Play
Yale was starting to extend a lead after a relatively close first half.

Detailed Report of Incident
The University of Pennsylvania winger, who had been threatening to break out a long run almost every time she touched the ball, finally found herself blazing down the 5m meter channel. Ms. Simmons took an intercept angle and closed fast but went way too high, clotheslining the winger instead of going low. I immediately issued Ms. Simmons, who expressed instant remorse for her reckless act, a yellow card.
