Weather and Field Conditions
Decent weather for November, mid 50's and with light to negligible wind.

General Pattern of Play
New Haven had the bigger athletes and used them on hard running lines. UNE fought hard but were unable to match the physicality of New Haven. A very physical and chippy game for the Developmental Cup final. New Haven controlled the match from the opening kickoff.

Detailed Report of Incident
25 minutes into the 2nd half, New haven has brought in multiple substitutes and were playing defense in their own 22. in the span of 4 minutes, New Haven had multiple penalties. Josh, the New Haven captain, was talked to about team discipline. UNE took a quick tap from the last penalty and played through 2 phases and Jake committed a high tackle penalty that if it stood alone would have only been a penalty, but preceded by the numerous penalties I had no option but to give the player a yellow card. Josh accepted the sanction and the player left without incident.
