| Detailed Report of Incident |
| Hartford attacked straight from the second half restart and were driving inside the Providence 22m. A driving maul ensued and with the line 8-10m out, the Providence flanker dropped to his knees deliberately collapsing the maul. I whistled, called over the captain and issued a yellow card for the deliberate offense. No further incidents for the rest of the match. |
