| The Boston Irish Wolfhounds took a quick tap penalty within the North Shore 22m. North Shore center made no effort to retreat and played the Wolfhound player after two steps preventing him from advancing. I blew the whistle, motioned over the offending player and captain and issued the offending player a yellow card for failing to retreat to 10m. |
