MMA started the scoring off with the first try about 10 minutes into the match. MMA had big, strong runners that the Bowdoin defense struggled to bring down in the first half. MMA was able to put another try on the board before Bowdoin could score. Bowdoin got on the board with a PK about thirty meters out. Bowdoin was awarded another penalty about the same distance and the Bowdoin kicker was able to put another 3 points on the board. The game would go back and forth until half time where the score was 17-11. As the 2nd half went on, the Bowdoin players were able to keep their level of play. MMA seemed to be tiring after the tremendous effort they gave in the first half. Bowdoin was able to put in 2 more tries (1 converted) to go up 23-17. Bowdoin was able to put another PK through the post to make it 26-17. MMA had an excellent chance on a great run by their #6. He was tackled short of the try line and made a second movement to ground the ball and was penalized for a double movement. A great game to officiate.
