Match Report for

North Shore vs. Burlington
28 October 2017

Location: Parking should not be a problem

North Shore: 96    Burlington: 31

Burlington traveled to GEAA field in Lynn with only 14 players, which spoke for the dynamic of the rest of the match. Burlington played 1 player down in the first half, and Burlington put up 65 points (11T, 5C) in 40 minutes. Being 1 player down didn't affect Burlington as much as their unwillingness to stick tackles, and NS was able to move the ball very effectively through their backs and score almost at will. In the second half NS loaned them a couple of players, and universally play became more contested. Both teams put up 5 tries and 3 conversions in the second half, which proved to have more variety of play. In general NS was more organized and moved the ball more effectively than Burlington, though the second half proved that if Burlington had traveled in full force, there would have been a decent contest on offer.
