UNH 57 (9 Tries, 6 Conversions), UVM 17 (3 Tries, 1 Conversion)

A wonderful day for a wonderful rugby match. Vermont opened the scoring after seven minutes with a well-taken converted try. New Hampshire then answered through their dynamic backline and some ordinary tackling to score tries at 11, 17, 25 and 29 minutes, three converted, before Vermont replied at the very end of the half to finish the first half, 26-12 in favor of UNH.

The second half was a bit more of the same, with UNH tries at 44, 50, 57 and 61 minutes, two converted for a commanding 50-12 lead. Vermont then went on a tear and scored an unconverted try at 75 minutes, seemingly ending the match on a high. UNH then had the last word at the death with an excellent ball-moving try at 80 minutes, converted by the excellent UNH kicker to finish the match on top, 57-17. Excellent match by both teams, and UNH held the edge through their superior passing & running skills. Well done both teams!
