Coaches of Match Officials

CMOs should foster a collaborative, supportive environment, and they should identify key areas for the referees that they work with to focus on and provide feedback that can be used to bolster those referees' skills.

• Communication with captains and teams

• Positioning through the phases of play

• Law knowledge and application
